Each studio at Minas Studios offers a kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, and electric kettle for self-catering. The private bathroom includes a hairdryer and shower, and tiled floors are standard throughout. Air conditioning and free on-site private parking are included in every booking.
Location & Surroundings
The property sits 6 km from Kefalonia Airport and a 7-minute walk from Paliostafida Beach. Guests reach the Korgialenio Historic and Folklore Museum in 2.3 km and Argostoli Port in 2.9 km. The studios are on the main Lassi road but face a quiet garden, with restaurants and a supermarket within a few minutes' walk.
Host & Service
Owner Minas built the entire studio complex himself and greets every guest personally. He provides local tips and is available via WhatsApp for any needs. Cleaning occurs every three days with towel and linen changes, and early check-in is offered when possible.
Outdoor Spaces
The property includes a garden with fig trees, citrus trees, and a clothesline for drying towels. A shared terrace is available, and each studio has a private balcony overlooking the garden. Guests can use an outdoor shower after beach visits before check-out.
